The internal surfaces of the grinding chamber are smooth faced and easily accessed and cleaned between samples. Product size is controlled by the gap between the two plates. A simple screw adjustment is used to set the gap. The operating capacity of the disc pulveriser depends upon the gap setting, fed size and the crushing properties of the ore being processed.
